When I tell you that David Tripp III and Laquita Tripp went above and beyond the call of duty to get our house sold. They did. Their communication was outstanding, and they never missed a phone call. Our house was on every social media platform, open houses, and communication with over 500 other realtors to get a showing of our house. From the time we met to the closing day, professionalism was always there. If you want to get your house sold, this is the dream team that will get your house sold. Tripp Realtors.

David Tripp was my agent when I bought my first home in January 2020. The process was so much easier thanks to his expertise. David was the only agent I contacted when it was time to sell that home in 2024. He is professional, friendly, and streamlined the process both buying and selling. If you have a question, he answers it immediately. If he doesn't know, he will find the answer for you within 24 hours. David will update you every step of the way. We listed my home a few thousand above the zestimate due to some upgrades. Thanks to David's patience, and readiness for showings, the home sold above the appraisal value at the original listing price we selected. I cannot recommend David enough for anyone needing an agent.

I was a first time home seller. At the onset, Mr. David Tripp provided me on an on-going basis with step-by-step guidance. His follow-up after every showing demonstrated his commitment to the selling process. He always asked me if I had questions and kept me abreast of the market trends. Respectfully, on those few occasions when he was unclear about how best to answer a question that I asked, he always with a 24-hour period provided me with an answer. I highly recommend him. I leave this review with only one word, "gratitude".

I really cannot say enough about David Tripp. What a guy, always responded at any time of the day, he held my hand through the process of first time home buying, and was always extremely patient with me. Other realtors try to lock me into 12 month arrangements and made me feel rushed into the process. David allowed me to take everything on my own time and wait for the property that was perfect for me. I can’t thank him enough.

Mr. Tripp is by far the most professional, dedicated, and hardest working individual I have had the pleasure to work with in the real estate profession, or just in general day to day interactions.
